Golf Academy

One of the more recent additions to the Grimsby Institute’s developing sports programme is our excellent Golf Academy, based at The Manor Golf Club.

As one of only 11 colleges nationally to deliver the Advanced Apprenticeship in Sporting Excellence (AASE), you will be entering into one of the best golf training establishments in the country.

Your coaching sessions will focus on skill development, covering every aspect of the game from tee to green through to individual coaching, and play analysis where students play various local courses and gain feedback from their performances. The 18-hole Manor Golf Club also hosts a four event order of merit series played over the Winter months with the final being held in Spring, you will still be expected to train for six hours per week.
