We undertook a comprehensive analysis of an annual £130M third party spend for a leading UK Transfer Agency business, creating a suitable control environment including preferred supplier accreditation, an active vendor management programme and implementation of existing delegated authority levels.

As a side line to the main project, a multi £m licencing compliance dispute arose with a Tier 1 infrastructure provider requiring detailed commercial review, achieving a negotiated settlement significantly lower than the original claim.
